Our Baristas change the world one customer at a time. We play an important role in the daily lives of our consumers by creating a welcoming experience from the minute they walk into one of our locations. As experts in hand crafting delicious eats and drinks, they make the science of eating healthy easy, enjoyable and informative. The personal connection between our Baristas and Patrons is what Wild & Hearty is built on, one smile at a time.

Team Leader 

Our Team Leaders and Baristas work together seamlessly. They play an important role in the daily routines and operations by creating a welcoming experience for our guests from the minute they walk into one of our locations. As experts in hand crafting delicious eats and drinks, they make the science of eating healthy easy, enjoyable and informative. The personal connection between our Team and Patrons is what Wild & Hearty is built on, one smile at a time.

General Manager

Our General Managers lead their teams to be the best they can be. Your charismatic persona, organization, leadership and diligence will set the bar for your team and shape the working environment. You will be involved in training and supporting restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of food service meet operational standards and that food is delivered in a clean, safe and efficient manner and most importantly, our customers have an excellent experience.

Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager is a member of the Marketing Team. The function is responsible for assisting with the successful implementation and execution of Wild & Hearty’s Social Media and Community Management Strategy. The Social Media Manager will focus on deploying content and maintaining a premium brand presence within relevant Healthfood/Restaurant Forums, and will also assist in the management of the various communities within the social media ecosphere including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
